  • MERCHANDISE PICK UP: We can assist you on loading your merchandise, however, it is your responsibility to ensure it is properly loaded and secured. Your signature in the receipt acknowledges that you have received and inspected all of your merchandise in good condition. We can not be responsible for any damage after it has left the store.
  • CANCELLATION PRIOR TO DELIVERY: Any cancellation on any order prior to the delivery will be charged 35% of total invoice as a restocking fee. Merchandise labeled “As Is”, “Floor Sample”, as well as any “Special Orders” are irrevocable and are not subject to refund, exchange or cancellation.
  • DELIVERY PROCEDURES: To prevent home damage, ensure the area where furniture will be placed, is clear and free of any furniture and items that may obstruct the path of the delivery. Delivery does not include removal or disposal of any furniture, accessories, merchandise or electronic devices. Keep children and pets out of harm's way during delivery. It is for everyone's safety. If you paid for setup and the area is not ready or clear, furniture will be dropped off only. In case of COD, please have the complete cash, otherwise the driver will hold and take back to the store some of the furniture until payment is made, once done you can pick up the merchandise. A phone call will be made prior to delivery that will require your confirmation on date and time frame. If we don’t receive confirmation, delivery will be postponed until you contact the store for reschedule. After waiting for 20 minutes delivery will be cancelled and customer can pick up the furniture at the store or reschedule for a new fee. Tips for the driver and helper are voluntary. Our trucks are routed by area, exact delivery times can not be provided. Delivery time may vary based on traffic and weather conditions. Your signature on the delivery receipt acknowledges that you have received and inspected all of your merchandise in good condition. Delivery fees are non refundable
  • LIMITED WARRANTY: Products that are not manufactured by Ocean Furniture are only covered by the limited warranty of the company manufacturing the product. Any damaged/defective merchandise sold by Ocean Furniture will be repaired or exchanged under the manufacturer's warranty. Ocean Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges where (i) merchandise is not Damaged/Defective, or (ii) the merchandise shows evidence of misuse or abuse or normal wear and tear. There are no warranties on pick-ups, floor samples or clearance merchandise. NO returns on closeouts, as-is sales, mattresses or foundations.
  • SHIPPING: It will be scheduled within 7 days of your purchase. After a phone confirmation cancellation fee will apply. Merchandise should be received in the time frame given to the Customer. If the Customer is not present to receive the goods a charge will apply. Merchandise will be dropped off inside the front door of your home or building’s lobby.
  • OTHERS: Customer voluntarily assumes all risk of accident when using any product on this order and agrees to release of liability and forever discharge Ocean Furniture of any and all claims, demands or suits which have arisen or may arise as a result of the use of any product.
  • All sales are final. No money back, store credit only.
  • RENT TO OWN: Customers agree to the terms of leasing companies provided. Please refer to the contract for terms and conditions.
