1. General Return Policy (Return Window)

2. Cancellations and Restocking Fees (Return Cost)

Cancellation prior to delivery: Any cancellation on any order prior to the delivery must be charged 35% of total invoice as a restocking fee.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non refundable.
3. Limited Warranty & Defective Items

Products that are not manufactured by OF are only covered by the limited warranty of the company manufacturing the product.

Any damaged/defective merchandise sold by OF will be repaired or exchanged under the manufacturer's warranty.

OF reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges where (i) merchandise is not Damaged/Defective, or (ii) the merchandise shows evidence of misuse or abuse.
4. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
For hygiene and clearance reasons, we enforce a strict no-return policy on the following items:

NO returns on closeouts.

NO returns on mattresses or foundations.
5. Merchandise Pick Up & Delivery Procedures

Merchandise Pick Up: We can assist you on loading your merchandise, however, it is your responsibility to ensure it is properly loaded and secured. Your signature in the receipt acknowledges that you have received and inspected all of your merchandise in good condition. We can not be responsible for any damage after it has left the store.

Delivery: Your signature on the delivery receipt acknowledges that you have received and inspected all of your merchandise in good condition.
